When the office runs cold, this surplice-neck sweater is a softer swap for a blazer. The wrap front ties at the side, so you can pull it snug or leave it loose depending on the day. Wear it with wide-leg trousers and loafers for work, or with straight jeans and boots on the weekend. A few gold chains at the neckline finish it without much effort.
